19. Yes, for embending to website. You will be able to select if you want to broadcast current game (can be used for ghosting) or past game.

21. Yes :)

Creating in-game objects, yes. You will be able to make your object/skin/map etc. set your price and wait for players, whose will buy it, download it and use it.

Ads in maps - banners and text ads like google ads etc.: no.

You might want to replace the default SFM licence :P with what Rota written in Rules + minimal amount of "standard disclaimer / not my problem" text :)

I will think about that. I prefer simple rules too.
