Game feels good, don't have much to add other than echo some of the other comments in here.

Some general gameplay thoughts/questions:

1. Mara (Narbutucker??) feels kinda crappy, I can't figure out how to get any sort of forward velocity, has anyone else had more luck?  or am I just bad
2. It seems you can't recover any stamina unless you walk or stand completely still, this feels really punishing... I feel like you should recover stam slowly while moving, then really fast if you walk/stand still.
3. Some of the maps have really complex walls, like tons of blocks and such hanging out of them, this does not play nicely with wallwalking gameplay in my opinion.  The most popular maps in tremulous were maps with smooth walls.
4.  Any hope in getting some inspirations of the classic trem maps?  I'd love to at least see ATCS.

We need to figure out some way to raise capital for this game. 

It's not going to make progress without money to spend.
It's not going to earn money to spend without making progress.

You see the problem.

It's either:
 - A fundraising event
 - A loan/publisher/sponsor (Who will undoubtedly want a say in the game's development)
 - Enlisting volunteer help

 - Pre-releasing the game for paid Early Access.

Those are the only options.

I wouldn't make any assumptions like that until we get some word back.  After all maybe they're fine financially and just taking some vacation days.

Definitely be thinking about the competitive side of things.  I'd love to see a legitimate esport grow around the game but it requires developer support.  It won't just crop up on its own.  It is not needed on release, better to focus on a quality product first.  But if the game should trend on steam, move quickly.

I'd love to get in some tremulous games in sometime before the release.  I know I'm going to be ass but some things is going to come back to me quickly so watch out  ;D

Maybe we can have some scheduled trem games for old times sake?  Would anyone be interested in this?  I don't even have tremulous installed anymore cause it's been dead.

Congrats!  Just wanted to let you guys know that ya'll still got my full support!  ;D

Love the aliens, the lovable furry bastards.
All the gameplay in the greenlight video shows you guys remained faithful to Tremulous gameplay instead of going completely off the rails.

I'm really excited to get my hands on this game.

These look really great! Though sadly I know everyone will be turning graphics down to min to maximize performance. Should look way better than the originals no matter what though.
