Installed in a Mountain Mods case, next to the Dell S2716DG monitor:

Chrome makes everything go faster, right?

Going to solder together a dual-oscillator PWM speed controller some time so I can drive all 9 front fans, plus 12-24 that I would add if and when I liquid cool.

You thought you were just joking.

In fact, I really *do* use something close to that to cool the room on nice days.

Cheaper than air conditioning by far.

Only the front panel, HDD brackets, and the CPU intake are actually equipped with case fans at the moment.  The idea is to achieve positive case pressure through filtered intakes to eliminate internal dust and fiber contamination.  The only one that is powered for now is the CPU intake.

With completely passive case airflow, the highest thermals I have ever witnessed are 70-75*C on the 980ti Lightning, and 65-70*C on the 5820k when they are running full bore, wide open.

Still been too lazy to build that speed controller... I've got most of the parts laid out on a proto-board in the garage, but I haven't felt like spending the money for the last few things I need.  Mostly, I just realized that I will have to unmount and rotate some of the bottom fans in order to get the headers to reach the spot that I want to mount it at.  A busy schedule hasn't helped my motivation at all either, lol.
